Many body builders spend hours working on their muscles, and if you are working hard with weights and still having a problem building up the muscle that you want, chances are you’re doing something wrong. Some people end up working out for years before they realize they are totally training the wrong way, which leads to them falling short of their muscle mass goals that they want to achieve. So, if you are interested in learning the fastest way to build muscle, here are several tips that will give you some help.
 
Tip #1 - Train hard - If you want to know the fastest way to build muscle, the first tip you need to keep in mind is to train hard. When you are working out, you need to work every group of muscles until you can do any more reps. Your workouts should be challenging to you and your body needs to be well challenged or you won’t build the muscle that you want to.


 
Tip #2 - Work in Cycles - Another important tip to keep in mind if you want to know the fastest way to build muscle is to make sure that you work in cycles. You should cycle the intensity of your workouts over time or you may end up burning out. If you train hard for a couple months, consider taking a week off. However, if you just can’t stay away from working out, make sure that you take a week every couple months and only train on a low level to give your body a bit of a break.
 
Tip #3 - Go with Short Workouts - While you may be thinking that long workouts are the fastest way to build muscle, the truth is that shorter workouts actually will provide you with better results. Make sure that you never work out for more than one hour, because if you are working out more than an hour, your routines are not hard and intense enough for you. You need to work out hard for a short period of time for the best results.
 
Tip #4 - Rest - Yes, rest is important as well, if you’re looking for the fastest way to build muscle. You see, when you are lifting weights your body is going to need a bit of recovery time in between workouts so it can recover and work on growing. If you go on training before your body has had some rest and recover time, you’ll end up overtraining and you won’t build up the muscle that you want.
