However, if you are not exercising right, and safely, then are you are more than likely doing more damage than good.  When you are exercising for bodybuilding, you have to pay special attention to detail, or else you may be paying for it later by hurting something majorly important. Warm Your Body Up

Just like with any other exercise, when you are doing bodybuilding exercises, you have to warm up, and warm up the right way. Alternatively, you could end up pulling a muscle, or doing damage that is not reversible.  Warming up, also includes cooling down when you are done exercising. If you are wondering if there is a certain amount of time, that you should perform, your warm ups and cool down, the experts suggest about fifteen minutes of each. Warming up really makes a difference and you should be sure that this is part of your exercise routine.
