There are all kinds of body builders that will work out longer and harder than they need to. It will only take you about an hour. You can do it for a half a day if you want to but you need to find out from an expert if this is the right thing to do.To build muscle mass and strength you will want to work out three days a week with an hour of weight lifting and bodybuilding exercises. One: Use a bench press – do your exercise against the immovable heavy weight for 20 to 30 seconds.

Two: Use the barbell curls and perform a grinding halt about two to three inches into the rep. when your arms will be slightly bent. You want to realize that you will not perform the rep but perform a pull on the bar for as long as your strength will allow you to.

Four: Once you have done your warm ups and have performed the squatting routine you will now be able to life weights that you would normally do. You want to only do 10 reps before you rest. When you want to have a more efficient and intense weightlifting exercise you will want to add another 20 reps to your work out.

Five: Since squatting is the most challenging muscle building exercise, you will need to make sure that you maximize all of the weight that you can possibly handle.

These tips will be very effective in helping you build muscle mass and strength. You will be able to see results much faster when you do this right.
