Are you a bodybuilder that just needs that little extra kick to get you to the top of the game? My suggestion would be to use bodybuilding supplements.If you are a bodybuilder and are looking for bodybuilding supplements you really should have no trouble finding them. There are plenty of supplements that are good for men. I would advice you to do your research first and not just go out and throw your money away at a body building supplement that looks good or is in your favorite bodybuilding magazine.

Also, remember that no matter what bodybuilding supplements you are on, they will not replace a bad diet. If you are a bodybuilder it is very important that you eat a good, healthy, solid nutritional meal and don’t settle for just taking the supplements. If you eat a good, proper meal and continue doing your normal workout routine, bodybuilding supplements will help you to get that little extra edge.

It is important that you know what you want to do as far as physical or performance goals. If you are looking to add to your muscle mass, while continuing your hard work and proper diet, then bodybuilding supplements such as testosterone boosters and whey protein are probably what you will want to buy.

It is important that if you begin taking these supplements, you keep taking them. This is extremely recommended because if you reach your goal and begin to stop taking these supplements you will begin to loss your muscle.

If you are looking to get a tone, rip body and you need to lose some fat before you can do that, then you should use appetite suppressors or fat burning supplements. This, put together with a hard workout and a good mind with help you to lose the weight you need.

You should have no problem finding the supplements you want as long as you search the internet. If you are looking for some great deals on some of the best supplements to buy, the internet is the place to look. The internet will help save you a ton of money and you can find practically all the bodybuilding supplements you need.

So when you are taking bodybuilding supplements, it is important to remember the following three things:

  1. Search around for the best product that suites you, don’t just buy a product because it is in the bodybuilding magazine you read.
  2. Continue to work hard while taking the supplements, they will not help you unless you work as hard as you always do. Also, keep eating healthy meals, the supplements are not being taken to replace a good diet.
  3. Continue to take the bodybuilding supplements even after you have reached your goal. If you stop taking the supplements you will lose muscle.

What are your thoughts on Dymatize Micronised Creatine Monohydrate? I notice in one of your videos that you are using Dymatize Elite Whey (as am I) but didn’t catch what creatine supplement you were using. Dymatize whey has a good rep, is the creatine product just as good or would you recommend something else?

Hey Tim,

I haven’t tried Dymatize Creatine before. I’m using AST micronized creatine which is probably pretty similar to the Dymatize one. I like the AST one because the powder is super fine so it dissolves in water really quickly.

Right before I train I take Univiversal Nutrition Shock Therapy because it gives me a good pump and I think it helps me train much harder.

So this Shock Therapy stuff does actually make a noticeable difference? And you take it as well as your AST creatine?

I’m going to give the Dymatize creatine a go and see if it’s any good.

good point. I think a lot of people believe supplements can be used as a meal replacement for losing weight.This would be very unhealthy.
